Fire Stick home, Settings, My Fire TV, Developer Options, Install unknown apps. Switch Downloader on. On older devices the same toggle is labelled Apps from Unknown Sources.

Back to the home screen, search the Amazon Appstore for Downloader, install it and open it.

Fetch the Smarters APK

In the Downloader URL bar, enter the short code we send on WhatsApp, or type the official Smarters Pro APK address. Press Go, then Install once the download finishes.

Sign in with Xtream Codes API

Open Smarters Pro, choose Add New User, then Login with Xtream Codes API. Paste the username, password and server URL from your welcome message and save.

Long-press the Smarters icon on the Fire TV home screen and pick Move to front, so it opens in one click rather than four.

From the Fire TV home screen, search the Amazon Appstore for Hot Player or Hot IPTV. It installs directly, with no sideloading involved.

Note the MAC address

Open the app. The welcome screen shows a MAC in the form 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX. Photograph it rather than copying it out by hand.

On a phone or laptop, open hotplayer.app/upload, enter the MAC, paste the M3U URL we sent back and save it.
